Delete your account

• Open SpotKat and go to Me.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm. You are signed out on all your devices.

Your account disappears from SpotKat at once: your cats, missing cat pages, photos you sent and your places are no longer visible to anyone.

For 14 days you can change your mind: sign in again with the same Apple or Google account and everything is back.

After 14 days we permanently delete your account and everything in it: your name, email address, cats, photos, searches, photos you sent, places, notifications and points. This cannot be undone.

We only keep something if we banned your account: a one-way hash of your email address and your sign-in ID, to keep the account from coming back.

Email [email protected] from the email address you use for SpotKat and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 30 days and let you know.

You can also stop using Sign in with Apple for SpotKat: on your iPhone go to Settings, your name, Sign in with Apple, SpotKat. This does not delete your SpotKat data; use the steps above for that.

Deleting your account ends a running search. A pass you paid for is not refunded automatically; ask Apple or Google Play if you think you are entitled to a refund.
